Complaints procedure
At Woman’s Trust, we take all complaints seriously and are committed to addressing them fairly, consistently, and with respect. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our work, we encourage you to let us know so we can respond appropriately and continue to improve our services.
A complaint may be any expression of dissatisfaction requiring a response. Wherever possible, we aim to resolve concerns quickly and informally. If this is not suitable or the issue remains unresolved, a formal complaint can be made following the process outlined in the documents below.
We will acknowledge your complaint, investigate it thoroughly, and take appropriate action, while handling all information sensitively and in line with our confidentiality and safeguarding commitments.

Professional referrals
If you would like to refer someone under your care or supervision to our services, please call us on 020 7034 0303.
You will need to make sure you have the client’s permission before you get in contact with us.
We will also need their:
- full name
- address
- contact details
- date of birth
- information about children
- information about any special needs.
Referrals should take between 5 and 10 minutes (we collect the rest of the information we need directly from the client).
Please note: We only accept referrals over the phone.
