Qualification/Experience:![]()
![]()
– A diploma in Person-Centred/Humanistic Counselling or equivalent is essential or near to completion.![]()
– BACP/UKCP accreditation is desirable![]()
– A minimum of 200 client hours.![]()
– Two years’ experience of working with issues of domestic abuse, including working directly with female clients.![]()
– Experience of working with women from black and other minority ethnic communities.![]()

- A minimum of 450 client hours following the Person-Centred/Humanistic approach.![]()
- A minimum of 3 years post qualification counselling experience.![]()
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience of working with issues of domestic abuse. including working directly with women clients.![]()
- Experience of facilitating and delivering support groups and psycho-educational workshops.![]()
