Sponsorship & Events
Get sponsored to take part in a personal challenge or team event – and raise money for Woman’s Trust.
Together, we can help even more survivors of domestic abuse to get the mental health support they need.
How can you help?
Do you have a hobby, a personal goal, or a team? Put it to good use and fundraise for us at the same time!
There are lots of fun ways you can get involved and raise money, such as:
- adrenaline pumping events (bungee jump anyone?)
- holding a quiz night
- get a team together and take part in a sponsored cyle, 24hr danceathon or race
Need some inspiration? We’ve pulled together a few of our favourite fundraising ideas below.

Plan your own fundraiser
fitness
If you’ve always wanted to do a fun run but lacked the motivation, now’s the time!
Or if team sports are more your thing, why not rope in your friends and colleagues? Get a team together to keep your spirits up on a sponsored road race, bike ride, 24hr treadmill relay, or a sub-zero swim.
fearless
There are penty of adrenaline-fuelled and endurance activities you can get sponsored for!
From skydiving to mountain climbing, and bungee jumping to abseiling…the possibilities are endless.
food
Showing off your culinary skills through cooking competitions, cake sales, coffee mornings or bakeathons is every foodie’s fundrasing fantasy!
Even for those of us who prefer eating to cooking, this is a win, win!
dress down day
Encourage people to swap their business clothes for their casual gear. Suggest a minimum donation and collect it at reception when people come into work.
You could even have a themed day e.g. wearing the sports shirt of your favourite team.
bake-off sale
Calling all bakers and masterchefs!
Get your colleagues to rustle up some delectable delights – and have a judging competition to crown the bake-off champion.
Why not combine it with a dress down day?
charity auction
Why not get your colleagues, friends or contacts to donate prizes for an auction?
Or, if you are an artist or into crafts, you could raffle off some of your own work for charity. More people will find out about your work and you’ll raise money for a good cause at the same time.
