At Woman’s Trust we are led by our CEO, Heidi Riedel, and our Board of Trustees.

The Trustees, who are also directors of Woman’s Trust, are in charge of our strategic plan, our governance and our finances. Our Trustees are passionate about supporting us to help more survivors in their recovery from domestic abuse.

On appointment each Board member is given a welcome pack which includes information about our services; annual financial statements; roles and responsibilities of the Board members; our constitution and the strategic plan.

The Board has four sub-committees:

  • Ethics and Practice
  • Finance
  • Human Resources
  • and Marketing, Communications and Events.

Each is chaired by a Board member or by the CEO, and membership includes Board members, staff and volunteers.
